Data disables as battery hits 30%

Starting about 2 weeks ago, whenever my battery hits 30%, the "data enabled" unchecks itself. In addition, my display timeout automatically reverts from 2 minutes to 5 seconds. I have changed no settings--battery mode remains in performance mode. Any thoughts?

Do you have a battery saver app? Or a battery monitoring app? If so check your settings in those.

Mine just started doing the same thing..... Running stock, no root.
