D2G problems

I have been having alot of problems with my D2G. I have a problem with my keyboard,when I slide it open it locks my phone and slide it close and press the unlock and the slidebar is frozen or doesn't even unlock. And after taking the battery out and in many times later it works. I have deleted everything Apps,pictures,music. I have done a factory reset and it still dose it. It has never been rooted or anything. I have no idea what the probe is???

Have you done a hard reset via Recovery?

Maybe. After I went through the settings and found factory reset,I did the reset. And after the reset I went through my files and notice there were some still there.

Have u heard of this problem? Because I'v been reading through post and seen nobody with this problem. I might have just got a bad app or something like that, that's the only thing I can think of?
