D2G doesn't have service when i install new roms

I have tried to install multiple roms on my d2g and everytime i reboot after install i cannot sign into my google acount because i have no service. so i connect to wifi and sign in and go to options and airplane mode is on. when i try to uncheck it it says searching for network but never connects. does anybody know what the problem is?

Are you trying to flash Droid 2 (not Global) ROM's?? That's a no-no

The only ROM available as of now beside stock for D2G is Fission 2.4.3 (there is special version of it for Droid 2 Global).

Yeah I have I heard that most of them would work for the droid 2 global too apparently I heard wrong. Do you have a link for that one? If you do it would much appreciated if you could post it. Appreciate the help thanks

Fission

Loaded Fission 2.4.3 on my wife's D2G and it is awesome. So much better than what Motorola puts on it. Give it a try!

You have to download the fission rom manager. you can find it on this website Droid 2 Global | Team DeFuse

Thanks got fission working on my phone but I think I liked the stock rom better I guess ill just keeping looking for something else to come out
