D2 screen spends a lot of time upside down

My droid 2 screen flips upside down a lot. Auto-rotate is on. I pick up the phone to dial or something and the screen is upside down. I used to just give it a bit of a shake or slide it open to fix the screen. Now it's plain annoying.

Is there something I should be calibrating?

try the Autorotate switch app from the market

I'll look at the autorotate switch.........so I'm guessing this is not a calibrate issue?????
