D1 battery works?

I might get a D2 and was wondering if the D1 batteries work with it since I have a few.

Yes, the D1 and D2 both use the same battery. I use a D2 extended battery in my D1.

awesome thanks, I saw somewhere that the d2 had a bp7x instead of the bp6x my d1 has..... basically my d1 is crapping out and I need a 1month replacement....thanks for the help

Yeah, the BP7X is the extended battery. The regular battery is BP6X for both.
