Custom "share" shortcuts?

Is there a way to add a custom "share" shortcut?

I send a lot of stuff to a friend of mine, it'd be much easier to just have a shortcut to send email to her directly instead of having to select share, then email, then put in the email address.

If not, no big deal. But it'd be nice if there was...
