Current Phone --> Replacement

I have a Droid Incredible and I broke the screen. The insurance was awesome and sent me a new one in less than 24 hours. My only problem is I want the new one to be exactly like the old one. How do I get all my settings, apps, text messages, calendar, pictures and everything else to move over? Can I back it all up to my computer too?
I have backup assistant set up but it only moved my contacts and email.

I think, I am not sure but I think, if u set up an account for backup assistant then set a code just remember it and then on new phone activate it go to backup assistant and type in code and you get all your stuff back
