Cracked camera screen cover

So i have an incipio case on my bionic but somehow managed to crack the stupid plastic cover over the rear camera.
Think Big V will warranty that, or am i going to have to use my insurance..

It's fairly simple. Have done it on Iphones. Youtube has videos.

I also believe it's glass, not plastic...but not Gorilla Glass (unfortunately).

I really hate to necropost however I have a bionic with this same issue, it's not the camera module that you linked it's the actual glass cover on the outside that protects that module... it's a little piece of metal with glass and it's double sided taped to the case to look like a piece of it. I can post a picture of what it looks like without it... and I cannot find it ANYWHERE.

anyone know where to find this part?
