Cracked camera lens...?

I don't know how I did it, but I did. It doesn't seem to be effecting my pictures - though is that even possible? That it's not effecting pictures?

Also, anyone have suggestions / advice about camera lens replacement? How much? Can I do it myself?

Sorry for your trouble! The glass you see is just a cover, not the actual lens. It is so close to the actual lens that it is totally out of focus, that is why it doesn't seem to affect the camera. It may be reducing contrast a bit. You may see it if you focus on an extreme close up.
As for repairing it, I don't know of any options other than returning it to HTC. If you have the insurance you could "lose" it but you would still have to pay the deductible.
