Cpu maxing out

I think Launcherpro is the culprit but is there any way you can view whats hogging the cpu?

There are a ton of apps in the market just search CPU.
Try CPU info

Watchdog Task Manager Lite - Android app on AppBrain will tell you if your CPU gets bogged down and which app is causing the problem.
