Couple of app questions

OK, I "lost" an with a ROM upgrade and can't find it. It was Daily Strip ( a selection of comic strips). Now I can't find it in the app market.Gone for good?

Also, what is the deal with Astro Manager? Going away in a couple days?

Not sure what rom you are running but if you switched from a 2.0.1 to a 2.1 you should have made a backup. Can you restore daily strip from that backup?

Not sure what is going on with Astro. I posted the thread yesterday because of an article on Droid Life. Best advice wait to see what the developer is doing.

I did back up UD 7.8 ( I had Daily Strip then) in ROM Mgr. I am running UD 8.6.3 now. Not exactly sure how to recover from a back up, though (short of reflashing back to the other ROM).

I was thinking that you may have used Astro, MyBackup, or Titanium to backup your apps and or data. If so, my thought was you could restore the daily strip app.
