I cannot access Outlook account on Samsung Galaxy S8. Error message: Could not complete your request
What's going on?
please provide a fix.

you really did not provide much info to work with. are you unable to setup the email account? if setup, unable to access it? open outlook? or what. please be a bit more specific.
