Copy Outlook contacts to motorola droid

My email in outlook is non exchange or google sync. I need a software to copy my contacts from the computer to my motorola droid and the other way round.

Export from Lookout! as .csv file, import into gmail. They will sync automatically.

I'm using two pop mails. One with export function and one with no export function.

I will stick to the futuredial solution since it is very easy to use and it is rather inexpensive ($7).
