Contrast changing app available?

I'm on the hunt for a way to adjust my display contrast for my phone. If anyone has any idea how this could be done I'm definitely all ears, and if this isn't possible at all, was curious to see what out would take to develop an app to do this. All input would be awesome thanks in advanced.
