Why is it at times when i add a contact their name will come up in my contacts and other times they wont. If i type their name for a text i find them but not listed on my contacts.

How do you have your Contacts filtered?

I have it set to only show contacts with phone numbers, so I don't see the numerous people who I only have emails addresses for. However, when I do a search, every contact is visible.

I have them filtered but even when i un filter them they dont come up. If i go to text them and start typing their name it shows.
Not happening to them all. Just a certain few.

Try importing contacts from your SD card. See if that doesn't bring them all in.

lol. Sorry 'bout that. Go into your contacts/menu button/ Import-Export/ and import from SD card.

I figured it out. I had to save them to it first thn copy them. It worked. Thank you.
