Contact Facebook updates in "People" app not syncing

I'm not sure why, but my contacts Facebook updates in the People app haven't been updating since the beginning of July.

Also, it seems like only certain contacts listed Facebook updates. Some showed updates, others didn't, even though they all have Facebook accounts

Obviously, i could just run the Facebook app and check for friends updates there. But i find it more convenient using the People app

Any help would be much appreciated
