Connecting To WIFI and 4G at the same time?

This morning I noticed that while in WiFi at home. 4GLTE stays on at the same time. Other then turning off Data is there a way to fix this?

I found out what the problem is. If you have Verizon's CallerID on that will cause the problem. You have to cancel it since you can not uninstall it with out rooting your phone.
