Having more post doesn't neccessarily mean you have more right to be a mod maybe the admins thought martin already had too much time on his hands and making him a mod would lead to him having a billion posts within the next year lol

Posts don't immedietaly make you a moderator.

Forum participation, willingness to help out, attitude, the way you handle yourself, the person the admin chooses.

I moderate 2 other forums, and this is usually how these things are handled.

I'm actually going to answer this post.......to be a mod here you have to be voted on by the mods! The admins let us chose and it's a majority..si if 4 vote yes then they are in. there are atleast 4 others nominated right now.. some very deserving. We will see in time where rthat goes. Yes even I don't know yet
