Confused razr or nexus

Yesterday compared both phones. Really a toss up ant least that is what I thought. Both will evetually have the same op system. kniowing that....which do I buy? HELP

There are a few threads scattered around here asking this very thing. I am in the same boat.
Bottom line is they spec out so close that it comes down to personal preference.
Looks like you've got some reading to do...

Do you plan on rooting/romming a lot? If so then the GN is probably the better choice. If not, then its a lot harder to decide. Like others said, they're pretty much comparable in most aspects.

GNex is AMAZING!!! I don't even know how to describe the screen! Not sure if it's due to the screens curvature or what, but video has a somewhat 3d appearance, even streaming from Netflix. Its kinda trippy! Also the curve seriously reduces glare and increases viewing angles. I <3 it!
