Conference call with more that 3 people

I have the LG G2 on Verizon and was wondering how can I make a call with more than 3 people. I know how to place a 3 way call but would like to add additional people to the call. Is there a way to do this or is a 3 way call the only capability of this phone. Also I want be able to make the call from my phone and not have the other people place additional 3 way calls using their line. Any help would be great. Thanks...
