Here are the instructions you get from customer service on how to do a 3-way conference call.

However, when you dial the 2ND NUMBER -- there's no button that says "send"!! ??

1st person on line

dial 2nd number and hit send

when 2nd person answers, hit send again

all will be on the line

DOESN'T HAPPEN.

they answer, touch
Add call and call the next number.

When the next number answers, touch

Nope.

THAT'S what I did -- several times.

When I hit "merge call", the 2nd call got dropped.

It doesn't work.

ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO?

2 key strokes away

Honestly?

I would NOT buy the Droid again.

I'm about 2 keystrokes away from posting this on my 700+ Facebook page.

The thing QUIT ENTIRELY last week -- all the way quit.

Had to spend half a day doing "emergency triage" at Verizon to get a replacement. Over an hour just trying to get old data to move to new phone.

Did I mention their first replacement phone wouldn't even turn on?

So -- technically?

This is my 3rd Droid in 4 months.

Forget it.

Expensive toy (and they NEVER SENT the rebate). Verizon customer serv. rep had to all on that, too.

Still isn't here.

Forget the Droid.

The link that Kevin J gave to you is the proper way to do it. I'm sorry if you're having difficulties. Since you've been given a link with proper instructions I see no sense in this thread staying open.
