Computer freezes with Incredible mounted

I had to do a hard reset on my Incredible because Windows Explorer was freezing when I opened the program with the Incredible attached (worked fine for 2 months...). Post reset, still freezes. I connected my Incredible to my work desktop and I could see the Incredible drives just fine. If I open DoubleTwist, it doesn't "see" the Incredible. Any suggestions? This thing is driving me nuts!

I wasted a whole day messing around with mine. FINALLY I figured out it was the garbage Vcast Media Manager trying to boot that was the problem. Tried this from another post and everything is back to normal. Good luck!

Choose CD ROM
Click Disable
Hit menu, commit modifications (it will say no item changed)
