I just took over for a guy who left the company. His Motorola DROIDX phone has been reissued to me. Before I master clear, I want to make a backup of both the internal & SD storage/settings/files so he can migrate to another device with all that he had. So I need a receommendation. He isn't savvy at all with devices or software, so the easier it can be for him to restore the backup to his new phone...the better. Thanks.
