com.motorola.service.main force closing

Anyone getting a force close error on "com.motorola.service.main"? I am getting popups for this a few times a day and not sure what is causing them. I tried a factory reset but still see them. I have seen in other handsets it has to do with email settings but wanted to see if there was any other opinions

Are you rooted? What kind of bloatware have you removed?

Nope not rooted and at this point not too many apps. I am going to hit a store and or call support but I am hoping the know something
