i CAnt figure out my phone help me. It keeps poppin out a window that says The process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. I have no idea what to do calls barely go through and i receiving no texts. please help me soon

Have you power cycled the phone or removed the battery for a couple of minutes and retried.
