i rooted with soup or root and was trying out different roms (i have 3 backup points) and i tried loading a sapphire 1.1.1 rom but it wouldnt load anything (the screen just stays dim after the motorola logo). so i figured no big deal and booted the phone into recovery mode but the clockwork recovery screen didnt load, the normal recovery did and now i cant get to nandroid to load my backup.

does anyone know what i could do?

thanks

If you have a card reader on your pc and a micro sd to sd card adapter, you can download a rooted rom from http://www.peteralfonso.com/p/downloads.html.

Put the downloaded rom zip file on the root of your sd card and rename it update.zip. From the stock recovery, select intall update.zip. After you are back, download and install rom manager and flash clockworkmod recovery several times to make sure the recovery image takes.

Once you have recovery installed, you should be able to do a recovery from your backups that are still on your sd card.
