Earlier in the week we found that the PIxel 2 devices were exhibiting an annoying clicking noise. This has been addressed by Google. Apparently it was being caused by NFC in the phones. Google has already said that they are working on an update to fix this issue. According to Google you can also just disable your NFC to get rid of the clicking noise for now until your phone receives the update. Some have tried disabling the NFC and have said that the clicking noise remains. Hopefully Google is on the right track with their fix.

except my phone doesn't need to be fixed.

Guess I've been blessed on that end.

my 2XL has been just fine too. I did notice what others are calling screen burn in but it goes away if you play a video or something. I think its more like this Image persistence - Wikipedia than screen burn in.
