Cleaning the Droid X Screen

A Google search pulls me in a million directions.

Is it okay to lightly spray some windex on a paper towel and wipe the screen off?

Sure. I use lense cleaner wipes on mine. Walmart for a few bucks. Also use my shirt.

Yea, windex is fine. I use it once in a while. Otherwise i just buff it out with my shirt.

I'm not a fan of Windex. It feels too sticky. We use eyeglass cleaner and the soft lint-free cloths once every few days.

I also use my shirt but I find my jeans to do a better job. I've run screen protectors since day one which is why I use my jeans. I recently tried computer and tv screen cleaner by monster and it worked like a charm

I've done that many times. As long as you do it the way you described, by spaying the rag 1st and not the screen, I dont think it would hurt. I use a product called Plexus to clean mine.

Just make sure u don't have anything on the screen or cloth. Sucks when ur buffing with a cloth that has a piece of dirt on it, scratching up ur screen
