How do I get my circles weather widget to update automatically?

Make sure under settings - location services you have them enabled.

I had a problem where it was still night time when it was sunny, so what I do Is I touch it and open it up to the full screen then back again to the circle widget, that seemed to wake it up or something becuase it updates everytime i do that. Do you have your location set? GocliffGo is right, at first i had to type in where it says "Add a City" and that worked.
