Chrome vs Stock Browser

Why I like chrome:

Syncs with desktop
Tabs
Its chrome

Why I like stock:

Faster web loading
Faster pinch zoom
Faster page scrolling
Flash support
Full screen
Desktop site option


Now why can't they make chrome like that? And if this is Google's phone why is there a stock browser? Why isn't chrome the only and default browser on the device?

Before the gnexus, i hated the stock browser on my og droid and droid 3. I always used dolphin but this stock seems legit. What do you guys prefer?
