Chirping

OK so when I take an incoming call I hear these chirps at the beginning. Any ideas what is causing this.

I had the same issue yesterday, but today no issues.

Go to settings--->sound--->call connect?? It might be checked??

i know this is the general discussion area but ya might wanna be more specific about your problem. like which rom are you using if not stock. some roms change the phone app.
