I just chatted with Moto support and they says it is still under development. I let them know how upset I was with this delay while every smart device is getting ICS updates. If anyone waiting for OTA wish to vent his/her anger at the delay, here is the link to chat. I am aware of folks who suggest that we should install the leaks and stop complaining. I pay for the services and I feel VZW / Moto should take care of it, not for us to install buggy or unknown issues with the leaks .

Ok people if u want ICS soooo bad install the .232 leak idk how many times people have on here have told u but u should listen plus when the ota comes out u just fxz back to 905 then OTA do not install 235 or 238 cuz u can not go back u can only go forward an its hard to get back onto the OTA path if u dont know what ur doing
