Chat Apps that don't count against text messages?

So i Have Verizon and would like to download an app that doesn't count against my text messaging since i don't have unlimited.
I am looking for Yahoo and FB Chat.

GV isn't really an IM app. Google Talk, however is. It's fairly rare for IM apps to use text messaging these days.

any Instant Messaging App will use data not sms txts. As far as which to use, theres a long list of worthy apps for you to check out.. I have used many and often switch from one to another too. At the Moment Ebuddy seems to be my favorite though.
