Anyone notice it takes much longer to charge with PC/USB as opposed to AC?

Yes, it will take longer, even states so in the manual itself.

I suspect it is just that you have a different source current limit on a USB port vice what your charger transformer is sending out current wise.

BTW, there are newer household Outlets coming 1st quarter of 2010 that incorporate USB ports in the outlets for just such a purpose, should be interesting ....
