Changing SD Card

I have a 16GB SD card that I am using in my Droid 2 Global. I have been using this card (transfering it from phone to phone) for a long period of time. The card has numerous photos, ringtones and app backup folders on it. I am receiving my TB tomorrow morning and I would like to begin using the larger card that comes with it. Is there any easy way to transfer the things that are on my current SD card over?

I ended up using DropBox to transfer everything over. It was a bit tedious but it's done now. I doubt I will need to go to a bigger card again so I'm all set now.
