I've been getting the "Unable to save image" error now for the last week. Does anyone know if there was an update that broke this feature? I've tried using a URL and uploading (making sure I stay within the 80 x 80 pixels, 19.5kb), and I still get the error.

Any ideas?

I am having the same issues. Changed the file type and everything as other have mentioned when this happened a few months ago.
