changing icons

Ok I haven't seen this mentioned yet. So just to let people know. If you long press an icon a little paint brush appears. Tap it and you can change it. Notice my launcher icons.

I saw this feature when I was playing with it at VZW but didn't explore deep. Can you use any icons or icon packs or just the ones included??? I have several sets I use from ThaIcon.

I wish you could change the icon for a folder. I was hoping to not have to use an external launcher.
