Changing Default Alarm Ringtone

I know how to change the ringtone on an individual alarm, but my timer that I downloaded will only go off the default alarm ringtone. I am using a ringtone/alarm/etc program that changed it for me, and now I can't get it back onto the default >.<

Not sure how to do it so if anyone can give me direction, that would be great. Thanks!
