Changed password for FB and widget deleted all my phone contacts

I had VZ port my #'s over to the new phone when I got it.

I changed my FB password on the comp so I had to redo the moto blur thing and now all of my contacts are gone..

Is there a way to get them back? Of course now all the FB contacts are back, but noone wants them there anyways.
