Change the incoming call number

When I bought my droid, the guy at verizon told me there was an app where I could change the number that shows up on someone elses phone when I call them. Does anyone know what this app is called? I can't seem to find it..

Which, FYI, may be illegal.... Call spoofing is frowned upon in general, even if it's used for legitimate purposes.

Of course it is against the law to change your caller id to commit a crime or to conduct any illegal activity, and some states may require the consent of both parties in order to record a conversation, but it is perfectly legal to do everything we advertise.
