Change Stock Music App Defaults?

Hi, I am using the WinAMP music player and I want this to be the default for the phone. However, every time I connect up with bluetooth and stream music, the stock app always opens.
I don't want to use the stock app, but rather set WinAMP as my default music player.
Any way to do this?

I go to Manage Applications for the Stock Music App and WinAMP and the clear defaults buttons are greyed out. Is there some other way to specify which music application will take default?

I have the exact same problem when connecting via Bluetooth ...except that i want the new google music to come up instead if the new one.
