Well that was insanely fast! Chainfire has already released a version of CF-auto-root that is capable of rooting the T-mobile Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. I am on Verizon, but this is nearly reason enough to grab a minimal package on T-mobile just to have a rootable Galaxy device. The Galaxy Note 4 is still not rootable on Verizon.
According to Chainfire this has been tested and is known to work on a real Galaxy S6 device. It should be noted however that this will likely trip KNOX so if you use this it may void your warranty. At any rate if you decide to use CF-Auto-Root your device will retain its stock os and its stock recovery the only thing that will change is that you will be rooted. This has to be one of the easiest and quickest ways to root a device.
