i think you addressed this earlier, but one of the things I wanted to ask about, and one that is very important, is how will the inside of this be finished? I definitely dont want this case to mark up or scratch the phone as it's installed or removed.

I may get this case if it doesn't scratch up the Droid.

Thanks for the info and great pics of the second mic location on the Droid. I just checked my OEM hard/rubber case, and no big surprise the hole is covered by my case.

Thats unfortunate, however i'm sure once you have this case you'll never want to put another mediocre case on there .

Just a reminder to anyone still interested in this case, the deadline for this first buy is Friday January 29th (tomorrow) at 2:00 PM Central time.

The inside of the case will be smoothed, clear coated, buffed and all of that fun stuff. It will not harm your phone

Once the first batch is made and sent out the next group buy should be right after. So i'd say approximately 1 month until the next one. However, our website will more than likely be finished by then so cases will be able to be ordered individually, but i'll give you all the details when that comes around.

Since this thread has become pretty much dedicated to this specific carbon fiber case, should we start a new thread to discuss other options for a one-piece case for those of us who don't use the keyboard?

(I love the carbon fiber case, but $60 is too steep for me).
