case that works with lapdock

anyone know of a good case that works with lapdock so I dont have to take off my otterbox case off the phone to use it.

I have a tpu case which is one of the thinnest there is and even it won't work with the Bionic Lapdock, I have to remove it. I would recommend getting the extension cables to keep from having to remove the case.
