That's what I'm trying to do. I want to use the Garmin mount that I have instead of buying a new one.

You can't use the Garmin mount on the Maxx or any other phone. Go on eBay and you find a Maxx dock for under $40. That's what I did and I've bought all my accessories from eBay for my Maxx.

No chance I can get away with something like this that is compatible with Razr Maxx?. I have the suction and friction mount for Garmin.
