B brad92 Silver Member Aug 10, 2011 #2 Go to settings>applications>manage applications> and find the keyboard. It should be multi-touch keyboard. Select it and clear data. CM74DX

K kar120c New Member Oct 10, 2011 #3 On my DROID3 the onscreen keyboard's shift key had been pressed, defeating all attempts to type lowercase letters with the slide keyboard. HTH
