Can't use volume slider in flash videos

Hi,

The volume in my flash videos in the browser is muted. I can't figure out how to move the volume slider up as the volume slider is all the way down. All I can figure out how to do is mute/unmute it, but the volume is all the way down and the volume rocker doesn't move it.

HELP PLEASE THX!
