Can't upload to YouTube

Every time I try to load a video from my phone to my YouTube, and yes I am logged in, I get a message saying: Failed to retrieve account information. Signing out and back in doesn't change anything. I am completely lost, any help?

And I'm just now realizing this may be in the wrong section, lol. Sorry

I have the same problem. Either i get that message or it says the file is too big when it's no where near that
