Cant update to 2.3.3 on D2G

it is imposiible to update mi phone. i tried several times. i unrooted nd everytime it says "software update failed." HELP please?

Unrooting won't help. You have your logwrapper binary altered.

You'll have to restore it to its original state.

Just sbf and then wipe your cache. Don't need to wipe data if you're already on 2.4.330.

i sbf ... then i went to setting>about phone>update and it did update but it was not d gingerbread. am i supposed to wait for it?

mi D2G is still 2.2 Froyo. mi friend has d same D2G and he already has 2.3.3 Gingerbread on his phone.
