Can't update from 2.2.2

My X2 has been stuck on 2.2.2 for a while now. I get notifications to update everyday and when I try updating, the phone restarts and shows the installation happening right after the Motorola logo. An exclamation mark pops up and stops the update, then reboots my phone again. After it's turned back on, I just get a little box that says "Update has failed to install." Frustrating

As long as you are not rooted, I would contact Verizon tech support.
